iPhone 3GS Telkomsel Pre-Order
Although Indonesia still experience Blackberry fever, iPhone still run and believe there are users that like to use iPhone product. So iPhone again collaborate with Telkomsel to sell its new 3G phone, called iPhone 3GS. The 'S' letter means 'Speed' so that the new iPhone will perform with more speed.
To boost the iPhone 3GS in Indonesia, Telkomsel as Authorized dealer of iPhone 3G in Indonesia, has opened the pre-order of iPhone 3GS through its website (here).
The price of 3G that was offered by Telkomsel has been bundled into package, but the official is not showing the price of iPhone 3GS.
The rumors say that iPhone 3GS price would be higher than the previous iPhone 3G.

Price of iPhone 3G Telkomsel
Telkomsel has scheduled to launch its first iPhone 3G in Indonesia tonight (20 Marchs 2009) in Pacific Place, Pavilion-South Entrance, South Jakarta.
The price of iPhone 3G itself, Telkomsel differentiates between post paid and prepaid. For prepaid iPhone 3G 8GB sold with price Rp.9.605.000,- while 16GB is sold with price Rp 11.205.000,-. The price included bonus accesses internet 500 MB.

iPhone 3G Resmi Datang Harga Oprekan Turun
Kabar akan segera masuknya iPhone 3G ke Indonesia sedikit banyak akan menggoncang keberadaan iPhone 3G Oprekan. Akibat yang bisa dipastikan adalah turunnya harga iPhone oprekan tersebut.
iPhone 3G 16GB Oprekan yang semula dihargai 10,2 juta kabarnya turun menjadi 9,9 juta rupiah. Sedangakan yang 8GB dari 9,4 juta turun menjadi 8,8 juta rupiah.
Kemungkinan harga tersebut masih bisa turun lagi jika nanti iPhone 3G yang resmi sudah benar-benar datang.
Software Update iPhone 3G sudah Dirilis
Software Update iPhone 3G akhirnya dirilis oleh Apple Computer setelah banyak keluhan drop call.
Menurut detikinet, update software iPhone 3G sudah tersedia sejak 19 Agustus 2008.
Drop Call iPhone 3G diduga karena ketika perpindahan jaringan dari koneksi 3G ke koneksi jaringan lainnya. Namun ada juga yang mengatakan justru masalahnya ada di dalam chipset Infineon iPhone 3G.
iPhone Dijual Bebas
Kabar gembira bagi para pecinta gadget. Pasalnya ponsel layar sentuh(tauch screen) milik Apple, iPhone akan dijual bebas.
Kalau selama ini iPhone hanya dijual melalui bundel dengan operator lokal, kini para penikmat gadget akan bisa memilikinya secara individual dengan biaya tambahan US$400.
Mulai 11 Juli 2008 iPhone 3G dengan kapasitas 8GB akan dijual dan dibundel dengan AT&T seharga US$199. Menurut AT&T akan ada pilihan untuk membeli iPhone melalui AT&T tetapi cellphone tersebut bisa berjalan tanpa harus berjalan dijaringan AT&T.
Sehingg untuk pembelian individual harga iPhone 3G 8GB menjadi US$599, sedangkan iPhone 3G 16 GB harganya US$699.
